Realbity Supplier Diversity Program

At Realbity, we recognize the importance of having a diverse supplier base that reflects our patients and customers around the world. We are committed to working with small and diverse suppliers that can support our long-term growth objectives and add value to our businesses by providing innovative solutions to our marketing, manufacturing and R&D efforts.

The Realbity Supplier Diversity Program was formally established in 2011.

Our program structure includes the Corporate Office of Supplier Diversity working in concert with a supplier diversity team that has representation from each of the Johnson & Johnson operating companies. The senior management from each company, which has primary responsibility for achieving supplier diversity spending targets, has fully endorsed and is committed to the program.
